This committee drives the financial engine of our organization. Its primary role is to identify and secure resources to support our various programs. They lead the planning and execution of the Annual Awards Banquet, a flagship event that draws over 700 attendees each year. In addition, they oversee all other fundraising initiatives aimed at diversifying our funding streams and strengthening the organization’s resource base.

The mission of OWA has already been eloquently stated. In alignment with this mission, the vision of the organization is to grow into a strong sisterhood—one that empowers its members to embrace their authentic selves and reach their full potential. To fulfill this vision, OWA must continue to be dynamic, creative, and innovative. Membership is open to all women residing in Georgia who are connected to the Oroko heritage—whether by birth, marriage, or meaningful affiliation. We give thanks to God for blessing this group with a wide array of talents. OWA continues to grow—not only in size but in reach, impact, and network. Though newly established, it is on track to become a formidable and respected organization, founded on dedication and a deep sense of community.
