The Oroko Women’s Association – USA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to uniting Oroko women across the United States. Its mission is to uplift the community, preserve and promote Oroko cultural heritage, and empower women through education, leadership development, and support programs.
The association was born out of a collective desire among Oroko women to create a platform for connection, empowerment, and cultural preservation. Recognizing the strength in unity, these women envisioned a movement that would nurture leadership, advocate for progress, and celebrate identity.
Membership is open to all women of Oroko descent residing in the United States, as well as allies who support the mission and vision of the association. We welcome individuals who are passionate about community development, cultural preservation, and women’s empowerment.
The association offers a range of programs and initiatives, including:
* Community networking and mentorship
* Cultural education and heritage events
* Leadership and skills development workshops
* Support for women-led businesses and educational advancement
